Hadi Moussa is CEO of Oyster, where he leads the company’s mission to scale global employment equality and build comprehensive solutions that enable companies to hire, pay, and support talent anywhere in the world.   Moussa joined Oyster from Coople, where he served as CEO of Europe’s leading digital staffing platform. Previously, he was VP & General Manager of Consumer and Managing Director of EMEA at Coursera, where he led both enterprise and global consumer businesses across a region with 25+ million registered users and pioneered AI-enabled learning experiences. Before Coursera, Moussa served as Chief Business Officer at Deliveroo, managing international markets through rapid growth, an IPO. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Airbnb, managing operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, and at Facebook, where he worked on growth strategy, platform expansion, and B2C engagement during the company’s pre-IPO phase.   Born and raised in Lebanon, Moussa shares a personal connection to Oyster’s mission, having experienced firsthand the challenge of leaving home to find career opportunities. This background shapes his vision for Oyster: building a platform that enables talent to thrive anywhere while delivering meaningful economic impact in emerging markets worldwide.
