PROMOFAIR S.A.L provides these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) to inform you of PROMOFAIR and EXPERIA's legal policy and practices.

EXPERIA's website https://experiaexpo.com/, or any of its subdomains as well as the web applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) is the property of PROMOFAIR S.A.L., and is operated by PROMOFAIR S.A.L.in Lebanon, (and together with its affiliates hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”). You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Platform is subject to and governed by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms “you” and “your” refer to a specific individual, company or program accessing this website; “EXPERIA” means the exhibition and the events happening during the exhibition dates; “Event” means the exhibition itself held on 8, 9, 10 October 2026, unless otherwise changed at our discretion and publicly announced; “Organizers” means us and our subcontractors assisting and helping in organizing the Event in particular and Experia in general.

By using the Platform, attending the Event or participating to our surveys, conferences, hackathons, pitches, competitions or otherwise, you agree that these Terms are legally binding on you, and shall take effect immediately on your first use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform, or attend Experia or the Event. These Terms are governed by laws and regulations of Lebanon. The competent courts of Beirut shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of the Platform or attendance to Experia.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise or update all or part of these Terms from time to time. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to those changes.

You agree that your access to the Platform may be terminated immediately without notice from us, in our sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Platform and destroy all materials made available to you through the Platform and all copies thereof, whether made under these Terms or otherwise. You further agree to indemnify and keep us indemnified from and against all costs, claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, damages or losses (including without limitation consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation, and all interest, penalties and legal and other professional costs and expenses) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, the unlawful use of proprietary information, and intellectual property rights infringements.

Any unlawful or unauthorized use of or access to the Platform can result in legal action against you.

All information and other materials provided on this Platform together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by us or by our licensors. You may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on this website or the underlying software code whether in whole or in part, without our explicit permission. However, the contents of this website may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of this website may result in a violation of copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publication and communication regulations and statutes. Nothing in this website should be construed to be a grant of a license, ownership or any other proprietary right in this website, its contents or the underlying software code. You may only use this Platform in accordance with these Terms and, in any event, for lawful and proper purposes which includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations in Lebanon.

Please carefully read the admission policy below before submitting your online pre-registration or registration for EXPERIA:

• General public and people over the age of 16 are permitted at EXPERIA.
• The organisers of EXPERIA strive to ensure a productive business environment for both visitors and exhibitors. Therefore, we reserve the right to request further proof of eligibility prior to badge issue, and to refuse entry if necessary.
• In principle, badges and/or entry-tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by us in accordance with the “ticketing” conditions below.
• If you do not receive your visitor / exhibitor / sponsor confirmation in your e-mail, please reach out at info@experiaexpo.com.
• Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone obtaining visitor or exhibitor badges by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event.
• Anyone attending the exhibition should carry some form of photo ID (passport, driving license, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organizers.
• By completing the online registration forms, you agree to comply with all standard terms and conditions set forth by the Organizers.
• Anyone attending the Event must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition or conference.
• Access to Event and Platform is not for commercial use.

To become a user of the Platform, you are required to register with us by creating a user account. When completing our registrations forms, you agree to provide true, accurate, consistent, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary, failure of which, will allow the Company, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your membership. If your account has been suspended or closed, you have the right to ask us to investigate the situation. In that case, please contact our support team. The following personal information and personally identifiable information will be required: your first name, your last name, your date of birth, your e-mail address, your mobile number, your country of origin. We may also ask you to provide us with additional relevant information such as for example: information about the company or employer you work for that may be or may not be an exhibitor or sponsor of Experia, about your line of business, your identity or location (such as your passport information and your mailing address). Please refer to our privacy policy to understand how we securely store, use, and share the data and information we ask you to share with us upon registration or during your membership period and the data or information we collect from your use of the Platform and your interaction with its content and materials.

You undertake to refrain from creating more than one account with us, and you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to terminate or suspend any additional account(s).

During the registration process you will receive from us a confirmation e-mail or SMS to confirm your account creation and/or activation.

Your account must be accessed only by you. You are responsible for keeping your log in information secure and confidential and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access you become aware of.

By registering with us and accepting these Terms, you agree to receive information about our events, the Event, Experia, and invitations to participate in our surveys on your registered email, accompanied with a notification on your registered mobile number. Should you accept our invitation to participate in a survey, you commit to provide truthful and honest answers and to complete the survey to the best of your ability.

You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe that you have breached these Terms or provided us with untrue, inaccurate, false or misleading information and we shall not be liable to you for any termination.

To issue your admission ticket:

1. A full payment is required at the time of ticket purchase online. A confirmation email will be issued upon payment.
2. Cancellation:a ticket purchased, may be cancelled, and a refund permitted if the cancellation is requested within thirty (30) days from purchasing the ticket and provided the cancellation occurs before the Event Date. If you are unable to attend, substitute attendees are welcome in accordance with point 3 below “Transfer”.
3. Transfer: Provided the total fee has been paid, transfer of ticket to another attendee at no extra charge before the event is allowed provided such transfer is requested in writing by you at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Event date and that such transfer is not for profit.
4. Force Majeure:For the purposes of this Clause, Force Majeure means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of a party, which is unforeseeable or unavoidable, and which prevents, hinders, or delays that Party from performing one or more of its obligations under an agreement, despite the exercise of reasonable care and diligence. A force majeure event may include without limitation: natural disasters, war, civil unrest, riots, epidemics, pandemics or otherwise. In the event of postponement or rescheduling due to Force Majeure, attendees are offered the choice of a full refund or ticket transfer to the rescheduled date. If, however, the event is cancelled entirely, attendees shall receive a full refund of their ticket price. It is agreed and understood by each attendee that the purchase of the ticket to Experia was waded without any consideration from the organizer's part and by the attendee's will alone. Attendees shall indemnify and keep Experia, Promofair and the organizers harmless from any claim arising from the cancellation due to force majeure that is not related to the ticket such as a claim or compensation for the travel and accommodation costs that are explicitly excluded from any liability.
5. The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, replace speakers, or change sessions without notice, and such changes do not entitle attendees to refunds.
6. Prices published online are VAT inclusive.

Badge Scans & Exhibitor Data

When attendees allow their badge to be scanned, they consent to sharing personal data with the Organizers.

Data Processing & Sharing

The organizer may process personal data for the purpose of delivering Event services. Personal data may be shared with contracted service providers, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners strictly for event operations, communications and their products, services, and future events. Attendees may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

Consent & Rights

By registering, attendees confirm they have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Attendees retain the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.

The Platform's content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to the Company, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “as is” and on an “is available” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Platform or materials or functions on our Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You might access third party links that are published on the Platform. You agree and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any linked sites and that your access to and use of any third-party sites will be governed by the terms and conditions of such third-party site as applicable.
