Experia Healthcare & Wellbeing

What it is

All seven teams receive one common theme. Each team is free to identify the healthcare or wellbeing problem it wants to solve and choose its own direction. Seven suggested challenge areas will be provided as inspiration and guidance, but teams are not restricted to them.

Who is it for

- Teams of at least three members (individuals may be matched)
- Participants able to commit to all three days
- Applicants interested in solving healthcare and wellbeing challenges
- Students, healthcare professionals, and professionals building technology-driven solutions

Prizes

Winner teams will receive:

- 3 winners will receive cash prize
- Selected Teams will be considered as part of BBIC Incubation Program
- Direct introductions and outreach to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare industry stakeholders in Lebanon for potential real-world implementation
- Cash Prize (TBA)

How Selection Works

Applicants submit team details, CVs, and motivation statements. Around seven teams are selected based on relevance, skills, and commitment. Teams gain access to mentors, tools, and structured support, culminating in final pitches and solution demonstrations evaluated by a multi-partner jury.

Participation Fee

If your team is selected, a $50 participation fee will be required to confirm your spot. This fee secures your participation, grants you full access to the 3-day agenda, and gives you the opportunity to compete for exciting prizes.

Problem Relevance - Alignment with real healthcare and wellbeing challenges
Solution Quality - Technical execution and usability - Integration of Tech/AI
Impact Potential - Feasibility of real-world adoption
Team Capability - Ability to build, pitch, and deliver within constraints

Schedule

Day 1 October 8- 17:00 – 20:00

Opening ceremony, topic announcement, declaring prize, instructions and declaring teams

Day 2 October 9- 13:00 – 20:00

Development, mentorship, technical and business workshop

Day 3 October 10- 12:00 – 15:00

Projects submission, jury evaluation, awards, and adoption discussions
