Jihad Bitar is a seasoned entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with over two decades of experience in data, technology, and social impact. As the CEO of Siren Analytics, he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering data-driven solutions for institutional transparency and public sector reform. Beyond his executive leadership, Jihad is a practitioner in behavioural change, applying behavioural science to design interventions that drive positive social and organizational outcomes.
