He's passionate about how AI is reshaping decision-making, risk management, and customer experience turning complex technology shifts into measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Google, Zeid held senior sales roles at IBM, covering the Financial Services Industry and later led the growth of the CRM business at Oracle.
