Nay Constantine is a lawyer and senior digital policy expert specializing in the legal and regulatory foundations of digital transformation. She has advised governments and regulators across Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia on data governance, data protection, AI governance, digital identity, and electronic trust services. Earlier in her career, she worked as an intellectual property and technology lawyer in the private sector, including at Amazon and Jones Day. Nay is admitted to the New York and Beirut bars and holds degrees from Harvard Law School, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
