Elias Aad is a Senior Partner at Kearney and Regional Lead for Digital & AI across the Middle East and Africa. He also serves on Kearney MEA's Executive Committee and the firm's Global AI Steering Committee. He advises governments and business leaders on how AI and digital technologies can improve national systems, create new growth, and translate strategy into operating models, governance, talent, and delivery capabilities. Across more than 20 years, Elias has combined consulting with hands-on operating and entrepreneurial experience. Before joining Kearney, he was a Senior Partner at Roland Berger, where he led the Services and Digital & AI practices in the Middle East. Earlier, as General Manager of Mastercard's Strategic Growth business in MENA, he built and scaled a new regional business working with governments, fintechs, technology companies, and ecosystem partners. Elias is also an entrepreneur and investor, with experience building technology ventures and supporting startups across the region. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the Lebanese American University.
