Since its launch, Gebran has been directly responsible for building and managing the full digital bank operation, including strategy, product, technology, operations, and go to market execution. Through a strong cross functional team effort, NEO achieved rapid market adoption, building the largest market share, with a unique value proposition in the Lebanese market and emerging as a key player in Lebanon’ s shift towards digital banking. With over a decade of experience in banking transformation, digital strategy, and operations, Gebran previously held senior roles at Bank Audi, leading digital banking, customer experience, and operations strategy, and earlier worked in management consulting with Deloitte across the Middle East. His work consistently bridges strategy and execution, with a strong emphasis on building scalable digital banking models in emerging and constrained markets.
