Dr. Pierre El Khoury is Dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Notre Dame University–Louaize, Professor of Law, Director of the Beirut Bar Institute, and a practicing lawyer with the Beirut Bar Association. He serves as an international consultant and expert with the World Intellectual Property Organization (UN) and the Council of Europe. His academic and professional work focuses particularly on intellectual property, digital law, artificial intelligence and law, data protection, technology transfer, and the legal challenges arising from emerging technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Montpellier and an LL.M. in Information and Communication Technologies Law from the University of Montreal.
