Antoine Hraoui is Chairman of Intalio and President of the Municipality of Baskinta. He joined Intalio as President and Chief Executive Officer, and has since led the group's growth into an international provider of content services, process automation and data governance, serving governments, public institutions and large enterprises across the Middle East, Europe and North America. He brings more than four decades of experience in technology, built within multinational groups in France and the United States, where he led research and development teams and backed early-stage companies. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Detroit and a graduate certificate in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As President of the Municipality of Baskinta, he leads the town's development, services and environmental resilience agenda, working with national authorities and local stakeholders on infrastructure and public services. These two roles meet in a single conviction: environmental progress depends on reliable information. Organizations and local authorities cannot reduce what they cannot measure, and digital infrastructure is what turns environmental intent into evidence, accountability and results. Baskinta has become his working laboratory for that idea.
