Nour S. Fayad leads national AI and digital transformation initiatives focused on building the structures, partnerships, and capabilities needed to accelerate Lebanon's digital economy. She oversees the Ministry's flagship NUMŪ platform, bringing together government, academia, industry, and international partners to develop AI talent and strengthen the country's innovation ecosystem. Prior to joining government, Nour built a career in strategy consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton, advising public and private sector organizations across the Middle East on digital transformation, operating model design, and strategic growth. She later joined an early-stage technology startup as part of its founding leadership team, where she led strategy, operations, fundraising, and product development, helping scale the company from inception through successive growth stages. Nour holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance from the American University of Beirut (AUB). She is passionate about translating emerging technologies into practical, citizen-centered impact and fostering collaboration between government, academia, industry, and international partners to strengthen national competitiveness.
