With over 17 years of consulting experience, he has been at the forefront of designing and implementing sustainability frameworks that bridge ecological responsibility with economic growth thus maximizing resilience at national and business levels. Hani’s expertise spans waste and water management, biodiversity, and environmental solutions. He has played a pivotal role in developing national sustainability agendas, supporting government-to-government agreements, and structuring investment opportunities in the environmental sector. His work includes integrating sustainability into corporate business models and advising sovereign wealth funds on diversifying into sustainable & resilient investments. Recently, Hani assumed the leadership of PERLab in the Middle East, a unique asset of Kearney that investigates product design, cost optimization & localization of technology. This activity has given Hani further leverage to push for resilient supply chain solutions, and maximize business continuity through sustainability.
