Nabil Mneimne is a transport planner and sustainable mobility specialist with over 10 years of experience in transport planning, intelligent transport systems, traffic management, and data-driven mobility solutions. He has led projects in Lebanon and Kuwait covering public transport, e-mobility, vehicle detection and traffic data systems, signalized intersections, and transport impact assessment. He currently manages sustainable transport projects at UNDP Lebanon, where he works at the intersection of technical implementation, policy, and national strategy. His work focuses on translating mobility concepts into practical solutions that improve the efficiency, resilience, and accessibility of urban transport systems. Nabil holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Mobility Management from the Technical University Berlin (TU Berlin), Germany.
