Joumana Dammous Salamé is Co-Founder and CEO of Hospitality Services, a regional events and media company she built alongside her father, Nouhad Dammous, more than 30 years ago. What began as a family venture has grown under her leadership into a regional business spanning events, media and industry platforms. Its portfolio includes HORECA, held across five countries, as well as Hospitality News Middle East, Taste & Flavors and Lebanon Traveler. For more than three decades, Joumana has worked at the heart of the region’s hospitality and food industries, bringing together producers, suppliers, buyers and professionals, building long-standing partnerships and developing new markets. Beyond the business, she is a committed advocate for the industry and the people behind it. She has received several national distinctions for her contribution to the sector, is Vice President of CCI France-Liban and serves on the boards of several organizations.
